4 Eritrean Refugees Injured in Car Accident

On Wednesday, May 13, 2009, 4 Eritrean refugees were injured after the vehicle in which they were travelling, collided head-on with another on-coming vehicle at Zhana area, in Eastern Sudan. Sources say the second vehicle involved in the accident was also carrying 23 new refugees from Eritrea.

 

The refugees sustained light to heavy injuries. They were taken to Kassala hospital for treatment. Eritrean People’s Party has identified the names:

 

1. Teckle Negasi

2. Desta Alem Hadish

3. Yonas Teckle and

4. Yonas Ogbamichael
